Our closing down sale on the website will stop selling our products on the 1st Feb and you will still have 28 days in order to let us know about any returns or refunds.  Please note our stores will be closing from late Feb through to late March and we will inform you once closure dates are more final.

Our website will still be live for information and updates but products will no longer be available to buy online after the 1st Feb 2015


1 - Delivery Procedure

Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom (mainland only) as we are only able to deliver our products to UK mainland addresses. We cannot accept orders from individuals outside the UK unless a UK mainland delivery address is given. Costs and delivery times for your order depending on the delivery method you have chosen:

  • Order received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day Mon - Fri.
  • Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, apart from on   Fridays when they  will be dispatched on the Monday (exc. Bank Holidays)
  • 3-5 working days*Orders are processed and delivered on   working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).  Orders by Royal Mail may be delivered on Saturdays, orders made by courier may be delivered on Saturdays & Sundays.

 

Express Delivery

 

 

£5.95 for all orders

 

  • Order received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day Mon - Fri.
  • Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, apart from on   Friday's when they  will be dispatched on the Monday (exc. Bank Holidays)

 

  • 1-2 working days*Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).  Orders by Royal Mail may be delivered on Saturdays, however orders made by courier may be delivered on Saturdays & Sundays.  A signature  may be  required.

 

Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control, if for any reason your order has not been received within 7 days please let us know by telephone on 01223 868555 or by email at customerservice@evolutionstores.co.uk.

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

Orders received before 2.00 pm will be dispatched on the same day for express delivery option and standard delivery. If you have placed an order after 2.00 pm the order will be processed the following business day. 

Please note that during peak holiday period orders can take 1 day to process and ship.  If for any reason our processing times are delayed we will make every effort to inform you where possible.

2- Delivery charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

UK (mainland only):

  • Standard delivery charge is £3.00 for any weight and size; you should receive your items within 3-5 business days.
  • Express delivery charge is £5.95 for any weight and size; you should receive your items within 1-2 business days,  please note for orders placed on Fridays after 2pm & Weekends may take longer in some cases.

Standard delivery is free on all orders £40 and over.

3- Further delivery information

  • Please note that delivery cannot be made to BFPO (British Forces Post Office ) or UK Non Mainland addresses and these orders will not be processed.
  • All small orders are sent out via royal mail. Larger, heavier and expensive orders are shipped by our chosen courier (usually DPD). (A signature may be required).

Royal Mail Deliveries

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and if you are not at home, will leave you a card so that you can collect the package from your local Royal Mail sorting office or arrnage a pick up from your local post office.  Please note this usually can take between 24 to 72 hours and is out of our control.

Express Delivery

Our chosen courier company DPD will attempt delivery of your order twice. The first time they will leave you a card, if you are not at home and you respond the same day, you can arrange a redelivery at a convenient time. If you do not respond the same day, they usually reattempt delivery the next day. After a second failed delivery attempt your order will be returned to us, whereupon we will contact you.

Please note that if the item is returned to us (either item was unable to be delivered, item was not collected or re-delivery not attempted) we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
