Although we started as a small group of Buddhists, we are proud to now have an extremely diverse bunch of people sharing in our aims and vision and making a difference on the High St through our values and ethics.

We believe these values are universal and a way we can connect with each other, valuing our individual humanity.

At Evolution there is an emphasis on working collectively and to create community or connection.  We encourage team-work, co-operation and discussion.  Some of the best ideas come from the shop floor and we value the input of all our staff.  We also value connection with our customers and strive to bring you genuine service that is honest and delivered with care.

We encourage personal, as well as professional, development.  This is a very important part of our business – we want people to grow and discover their potential.  We actively support our staff in these endeavours and have an emphasis on training and coaching. We also offer a Welfare service that is available to all staff.

We want to build long-term relationships with our customers.  We truly appreciate your support and look forward to dialoguing with you through our stores and online.  We also value strong links with everyone that comes into contact with our business. From each of our suppliers, to the courier companies we use, or our printers - we aim to build genuine, honest and friendly relationships.
